Ronald L. Goodman is marketing manager for EPDM and FleeceBACK Systems for Carlisle SynTec Inc., Carlisle, Pa. He began his roofing career with Carlisle SynTec in 1982 and has held numerous positions within the company. Goodman graduated from Penn State University, University Park, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in business administration and received a master's degree in business administration from Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, Pa.
