Jerry Phelan is polyiso marketing manager for Bayer MaterialScience LLC, Pittsburgh. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Rochester, Rochester, N.Y. Phelan is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers Inc. and is serving a third term on the Polyisocyanurate Insulation Manufacturers Assocation's board of directors.
