Bala Sockalingam, Ph.D., P.E.

Bala Sockalingam has a Ph.D. from Clemson University, Clemson, S.C., where he was an assistant professor before joining ENCON® Con­sultants Inc., Tulsa, Okla., in 1996. At ENCON Consultants, Sockalingam performs structural analysis of light-gauge steel and aluminu m products and conducts full-scale wind-uplift tests on metal roof and wall products.
