GAF Energy LLC, San Jose, Calif., installed a 500-kilowatt solar system on the company’s 112,000-square-foot research and development and manufacturing center in San Jose.

The new system will generate more than 750,000 kilowatt-hours at the facility that produces TimberlineSolar,™ the first nailable solar shingle. GAF Energy completed the buildout and moved into the facility in mid-2021.
