The Hilton® Waikoloa Beach Resort located along the Kohala Coast on the island of Hawaii recently had reroofing work and repairs completed on several buildings.

A crew from Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing Hawaii Inc., Waipahu, removed built-up roofing with gravel aggregate from the six-story Palace Tower. After making deck repairs, workers applied a Tremco AlphaGuard MT Liquid Applied Roofing System. For the roof over the laundry room, the team applied a Siplast® Paradiene 20/30 Multi-Ply SBS-Modified Bitumen System.

By proactively addressing possible leaks over guest rooms and hotel amenities, resort ownership was able to avoid a potential loss in revenue.
