Hayden Building Maintenance Corp., West Nyack, N.Y., holds many training days during the year to keep employees safe and current regarding material installations.
During its training session Saturday, Jan. 19, about 20 students, including the company's owner, foreman, service technicians, service manager and operations director, learned about proper heat-welding techniques from Endy Metellus, technical representative for Sika Sarnafil,® Canton, Mass.
